Tailor Sync (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a business management mobile application operated by CraveLink Tech Ltd. The app enables tailors and fashion designers to manage their customers, store body measurements, track orders, and record payments.

We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with:

The DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 (DIFC DPL); and
The UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 Regarding the Protection of Personal Data (UAE PDPL).

This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you use the Tailor Sync mobile app.

2. Data We Collect

a) Account & Profile Data (Tailor's Data)

Full name, email address, phone number.
Login credentials (hashed).
Business name, logo, and business contact details.

b) Customer Data (Data you enter about your clients)

As a user of Tailor Sync, you may input data about your customers. You are the Controller of this data, and Tailor Sync acts as the Processor. This includes:

Customer names and phone numbers.
Body measurements and sizing details.
Photos of designs, fabrics, or customers.
Order history and notes.

c) Usage & Transaction Data

Order details (delivery dates, status, prices).
Payment records (amounts paid, pending balances).
App usage statistics and interactions.

d) Device & Technical Data

Device identifiers, IP address, operating system, app version.
Push notification tokens.

We process personal data under DIFC DPL & UAE PDPL using these legal grounds:

Contractual Necessity → providing the app services, storing your business data.
