1. Introduction
Welcome to Tailor Sync (“we”, “our”, “us”). Tailor Sync is a mobile application designed for tailors and fashion designers to manage their business, including customer profiles, measurements, orders, and payments.
By creating an account or using Tailor Sync, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use Tailor Sync. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Services Provided
Tailor Sync provides tools to:
- Create and manage customer profiles.
- Record and store body measurements digitally.
- Track orders, delivery dates, and status (Pending, Completed, etc.).
- Record payments and manage balances.
- Generate order summaries to share with customers.
⚠️ Tailor Sync is a management tool. We are not responsible for the actual tailoring services you provide to your clients.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are also responsible for all data entered into your account.
Tailor Sync may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. User Data & Content
You retain ownership of the customer data, photos, and measurements you input into the app. By using the app, you grant Tailor Sync a license to process this data to provide the service (e.g., storage, backup, sync).
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and consents from your customers to input their personal data (e.g., measurements, photos) into Tailor Sync.
You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes or to store prohibited content.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Tailor Sync may offer free and paid subscription plans ("TailorSync Pro").
- Paid features are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via app settings or store management (Google Play / App Store).
- Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.
7. Data Backup & Loss
While we perform regular backups, Tailor Sync does not guarantee that data will never be lost or corrupted. You are encouraged to maintain independent records of critical business information.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Misuse the app (hacking, spamming, scraping).
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
- Use the app to harass or harm others.
9. Intellectual Property
The Tailor Sync name, logo, and platform design are the property of CraveLink Tech Ltd.
You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app without permission.
10. Liability & Disclaimers

Tailor Sync is not liable for:
